Gotta say that I have a love of British audio and am a bit biased in that way...

I'll get it started. Anything Harbeth equals high value, high performance and hence leaves a lasting impression. Classics.
ReplyDeleteMany Rega products are pure genius. Form and function with value, performance and productivity at home (in G.B) as the goal. Classic.
Though I'm not a fan of their sound Magnepan builds a high quality product right here in the U.S.A.. Their products have a loyal following and they don't change their designs lightly. They also don't introduce a new product for every trade show. Classic.
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say the VPI Classic, in all three stages of trim, would be a given. The Cambridge DacMagic has sold extremely well so that's another. AKG's K701 and K702 headphones would be still another.
